Documents Clearing Services is looking for one responsible, multi-skilled professional who can manage tele calling (sales), office administration, basic HR, and basic accounts.
Administration Supervisor (HR, Admin, Accounts & Tele-calling Operations) 4 immediate hiring
This role is ideal for someone who wants stable income + commission growth and long-term opportunity in the UAE business & visa services industry.
Must have visa for 6 months.
Must be able to work for both Al Karama and Deira.
Non-performing employee will be terminated immediately and no salary will be given.
Negligence at work will not be tolerated and strict action will be taken.
Language Requirements:
Good communication skills (English / Tagalog preferred/ Malayalam/ Tamil/ Hindi )
Tele Calling & Sales Responsibilities:
Make outgoing calls to potential clientsHandle incoming calls, WhatsApp & lead inquiries
Promote company services:
Business setup & trade licenseVisa, immigration & PRO servicesExplain service packages and pricing clearlyFollow up with prospects and convert leads into salesMaintain call records and client follow-up status
Admin Responsibilities:Handle daily office administration and documentationMaintain client files, contracts, and data entryCoordinate with sales, PRO, and management teamsManage emails, WhatsApp messages, and appointmentsPrepare basic daily and weekly reports
HR Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment, interviews, and onboardingMaintain staff attendance, records, and filesSupport internal communication and coordinationAssist management with HR-related tasks
Accounts Responsibilities (Basic Level):Maintain basic accounts records (expenses & collections)Assist with invoicing, receipts, and payment follow-upsSupport VAT/tax documentation (basic assistance only)Prepare simple financial trackers for management
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email, WhatsApp)
Ability to multitask and handle responsibility independently
Honest, organized, and target-oriented mindset
Prior experience in sales/admin/accounts is an advantage
