URGENT HIRING | Accounts Manager

Desert Man Transporting & Contracting LLC (DMTC), based in Abu Dhabi, is seeking a highly experienced Accounts Manager to oversee financial operations related to contracting and transport activities. This role requires extensive experience in managing accounts associated with heavy machinery, equipment, and large-scale projects. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Key requirements include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with a valid equivalency certificate
• At least 15 years of proven experience within contracting, construction, or transport operations
• Strong understanding of accounting standards, financial reporting, and project cost control
• Hands-on experience handling budgets, machinery-related expenses, and project financials
• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing overall accounting functions, including project costs and machinery-related finances
• Preparing, reviewing, and monitoring budgets, forecasts, and financial statements
• Coordinating with auditors, senior management, and project or site teams
• Ensuring compliance with accounting regulations, standards, and internal company policies
