Infinity Medical Supplies LLC, a leading provider of medical devices and after-sales services in the UAE, is seeking a Store Admin to join our growing team. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in medical equipment or healthcare-related industries.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily store operations and inventory management.
• Maintain accurate stock records, receipts, and dispatch logs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with the Sales, Technical, and Finance Departments to meet operational needs.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on stock movements and balances.
• Monitor the proper handling, labeling, and storage of sensitive medical equipment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Store Admin, preferably in medical devices or healthcare sector.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and ERP software (Odoo experience is a plus).
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry and reporting.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain compliance with UAE regulations.
• Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
Education & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience.
