Job Description

Dolphin Bakery LLC is looking for a responsible and experienced Accountant cum Admin to handle daily accounting activities along with administrative support. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting fundamentals, ERP exposure, and basic knowledge of UAE regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting entries, ledgers, and reconciliations
• Handle accounts payable & receivable
• Prepare monthly financial and expense reports
• Work with ERP / accounting software
• Manage petty cash, vendor invoices, and expense tracking
• Assist with administrative and office-related tasks
• Coordinate with management, HR, auditors, and vendors
• Maintain proper filing of financial and company documents

Requirements

• B. Com mandatory (M. Com preferred)
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in home country or 2 years in UAE
• Experience in accounting & administration
• Basic knowledge of UAE accounting rules and VAT
• ERP/accounting software experience preferred
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and office tools
