We’re Hiring: HR Generalist (Real Estate)

A growing real estate organization based in Dubai Hills is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to manage and support daily human resources operations. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong understanding of UAE labor laws and hands-on experience across core HR functions within a fast-paced business environment.

The HR Generalist will play a key role in supporting employees and management, ensuring HR compliance, and contributing to smooth workforce operations across the organization.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• Three to five years of experience working as an HR Generalist
• Previous experience in the real estate or property sector is preferred
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, HR policies, and compliance standards
• Practical experience in recruitment, payroll coordination, and employee relations
• Proficiency in HR systems and platforms, with Bayzat experience considered an advantage
