Medcare Women & Children Hospital, a well-recognized healthcare institution in the UAE, is currently seeking a qualified and compassionate DHA Licensed Midwife to join its maternity care team in Dubai. This role is ideal for professionals dedicated to delivering safe, high-quality maternal and newborn care in a hospital environment.

The Midwife will play a key role in supporting women throughout pregnancy, childbirth, and the postnatal period, while ensuring clinical excellence and compliance with DHA regulations and hospital standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal care
• Support and guide mothers during pregnancy, labor, delivery, and recovery
• Conduct patient assessments, monitoring, and accurate clinical documentation
• Work collaboratively with doctors, nurses, and allied healthcare professionals
• Educate mothers and families on newborn care, breastfeeding, and postnatal health
• Ensure full compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and DHA standards

Requirements:

• Valid DHA Midwife License is mandatory
• Degree or Diploma qualification in Midwifery
• At least two years of relevant clinical experience in maternity care
• Strong communication skills with a patient-focused and empathetic approach
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and multicultural healthcare setting
