Role summary
We are looking for a confident, people-friendly individual to grow our brand visibility, community, and partnerships. You’ll work closely with our content creator, manage collaborations, help with ads, and represent the brand both in-store and outside.
Key responsibilities
- Plan weekly and monthly content direction (working with the content creator)
- Manage influencer outreach, collaborations, and partnerships
- Coordinate school visits, proposals, and follow-ups
- Plan and support in-store events, pop-ups, and activations
- Run Meta & google ads
- Engage with customers in-store and gather feedback
- Report what content, campaigns, and offers are working
You’ll be successful if you:
- Are confident speaking to parents, schools, and partners
- Understand social media beyond just posting
- Are organized, proactive, and follow through
- Enjoy being in-store and on the ground, not just online
