We’re Hiring | Sales Designer – Closets & Kitchens

We are seeking an experienced and creative Sales Designer to join a dynamic showroom team in Dubai. This role focuses on delivering customized closet and kitchen solutions, combining strong sales capability with practical design expertise. The ideal candidate will be client-focused, design-driven, and confident managing projects from consultation through to handover.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead showroom-based sales activities and conduct in-depth client consultations
• Design customized closets and kitchen solutions aligned with client preferences and space requirements
• Prepare detailed layouts and 3D visualizations using professional design software
• Present concepts clearly and persuasively to clients
• Close sales efficiently and coordinate smooth project handovers with internal teams

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in sales combined with design, preferably within closets or kitchens
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar 3D design tools
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple client projects in a showroom environment
• Prior UAE experience is considered a strong advantage

Compensation:

• Competitive basic salary ranging from AED 8,000 to 10,000
• Attractive commission structure based on performance and experience
