Description:

An exciting opportunity is available for an ambitious and results-driven Sales Manager specializing in IT Solutions (B2B). This role is based in Dubai and focuses on serving clients across SMB to Enterprise segments within the UAE and wider GCC region. The ideal candidate will be energetic, tech-oriented, and motivated to grow within a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new clients across the UAE and GCC markets, including Saudi Arabia, Oman, Bahrain, Qatar, and Kuwait
• Conduct professional presentations and solution demonstrations for prospective clients
• Analyze customer requirements and recommend tailored IT solutions
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with business clients
• Actively contribute to sales planning and marketing initiatives
• Consistently achieve sales targets while expanding the client portfolio

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT sales within B2B environments
• Strong understanding of GCC market dynamics and business culture
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
• Fluency in Russian and Ukrainian; English at intermediate to advanced level
• High level of technical confidence with tools such as Excel, Microsoft 365, and related platforms
