Noor Al Mamzar Medical Centre is seeking a dependable and technically skilled IT Specialist / IT Admin Support professional to manage and support the organization’s day-to-day IT operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical issues, maintaining systems, and ensuring smooth IT functionality across the workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver prompt technical assistance for hardware, software, and network-related issues
• Install, set up, and maintain computers, printers, and other office IT equipment
• Create, manage, and maintain user accounts, email systems, and access permissions
• Diagnose and resolve system, software, and connectivity problems efficiently
• Maintain data security standards, perform regular backups, and ensure timely system updates
• Provide ongoing support for internal systems and company-specific applications

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience in an IT support, IT admin, or similar technical role
• Strong working knowledge of Windows operating systems and basic networking concepts
• Practical experience troubleshooting hardware and software problems
• Familiarity with servers, backup processes, and IT security practices is an added advantage
• Good communication skills with a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
