Description:
Property Shop Investment is seeking a skilled and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their expanding team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle and sourcing top talent to meet organizational needs. Prior experience in the real estate industry is considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes independently
• Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure the best fit for the company
• Utilize the Odoo system for recruitment and HR management
• Maintain clear communication with candidates and internal teams throughout the hiring process
• Support HR initiatives related to talent acquisition and workforce planning

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist
• Strong English communication skills and mandatory Arabic speaking skills
• Hands-on knowledge of Odoo system
• Prior experience in real estate recruitment is a plus
