Description:
We are seeking a professional, confident, and customer-focused Receptionist to become an integral part of our team. The ideal candidate will create a welcoming environment for visitors while efficiently managing front-desk operations. Preference will be given to East European / Russian candidates, with immediate joiners highly encouraged.

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and professional attitude
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and front-desk inquiries
• Maintain visitor logs and coordinate the use of meeting rooms
• Assist with administrative tasks and provide support to various departments
• Ensure the reception area remains presentable and well-organized
