Time Global Shipping is currently hiring a professional and well-presented Receptionist to join its Dubai office. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy front-desk responsibilities and can effectively manage communication while supporting daily administrative operations within a fast-paced logistics environment.

The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience at all times. The role also involves handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence, as well as coordinating with both internal departments and external partners to support smooth office operations.

Responsibilities:
• Manage the front desk and greet visitors in a professional and courteous manner
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence
• Coordinate communication with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Provide administrative assistance and support day-to-day office activities

Requirements:
• Previous experience in freight forwarding or logistics is an advantage
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Presentable appearance with a professional attitude
• UAE-based candidates are preferred
