We are hiring a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to join a founder-led global hospitality group based in Dubai. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a dynamic hospitality environment and take pride in delivering a welcoming and organized front-desk experience. The selected candidate will represent the organization as the first point of contact and support smooth day-to-day front office operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome guests and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
• Manage front desk operations, including handling calls, emails, and visitor inquiries
• Coordinate appointments, meetings, and general reception activities
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
• Provide administrative and clerical support as required
• Ensure a positive guest and client experience at all times
