Job Description:
Denzel Auto Repairs is looking for a reliable and organized Admin Assistant  to support our daily workshop operations. The ideal candidate will be computer literate, fluent in English, and have excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries in person, by phone, and via email
• Manage appointments, job cards, and workshop records
• Prepare invoices, quotations, and basic reports
• Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
• Coordinate with mechanics and management to ensure smooth operations
• Receive payments and follow up on outstanding invoices

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, email, basic accounting systems)
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Well-organized, honest, and detail-oriented
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced workshop environment
• Previous experience in an auto garage or service center is an advantage
