At Bizzmosis Group, the UAE’s leading Government Affairs and Corporate Services Agency, we are seeking a smart, reliable, and professional individual to join our team as a Company Driver & Office Assistant. This role plays a key part in supporting both our transportation and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the safe pickup and drop-off of VIPs, clients, and for employees on specific occasions. In addition, the candidate will securely handle and deliver confidential documents, support for government-related tasks, and perform basic administrative duties with efficiency, accuracy, and professionalism.

The main responsibilities of this role will include:

· Safely transport VIPs and clients to various destinations.

· Transport employees for medical visits or related requirements.

· Pick up, deliver, and handle confidential company documents and packages.

· Maintain secure handling of all Company sensitive documents (passports, Emirates IDs, visas, etc.)

· Visit government centres, banks, embassies, and service offices for document submissions and follow-ups.

· Ensure promptness for all appointments, pick-ups, and drop-offs, adhering strictly to scheduled times to maintain smooth operations and demonstrate reliability.

· Assist with daily office operations, including typing, filing, scanning, and document preparation.

· Manage general office errands, coordination tasks, and other administrative support as needed.

· Support with ad-hoc tasks for the Management.

· Maintain the company vehicle’s cleanliness, safety, and compliance with UAE regulations.

· Ensure timely servicing and routine checks of the company vehicle to ensure its optimal condition and safety standards.

· Maintain a professional and courteous demeanour when interacting with clients, VIPs, employees, and external parties at all times, ensuring that the company's reputation for high quality service is upheld.

· Always uphold a high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.

· Adhere to established SOPs to maintain consistency, efficiency, quality standards, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

· Valid UAE driving license

· Applicants with their own vehicle will be given preference

· Excellent knowledge of routes, government facilities and major landmarks.

· Any Degree

  • Knowledge or Experience in documents handling, PRO services, customer service or sales is an advantage.

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Good Verbal and Written Communication
  • Basic computer skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Presentable and Professional Appearance, reliable and punctual
