📦 We’re hiring a motivated Business Development Executive to support the growing operations of a dynamic logistics company in the UAE. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales, client engagement, and expanding business opportunities within the freight and logistics sector.

In this position, you will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying and developing new opportunities across the UAE market. You will actively promote a range of logistics solutions, including land freight door-to-door consolidation, sea freight, air freight, and customs clearance services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the UAE logistics market
• Generate quality leads and convert prospects into long-term clients
• Promote freight forwarding and customs clearance services to potential customers
• Prepare quotations, pricing proposals, and follow up with clients
• Work closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth

Candidate Requirements:

• Prior experience in logistics or freight forwarding sales is an advantage
• Good understanding of the UAE market will be considered a plus
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-driven, target-focused, and able to work independently
• Freshers with a strong interest in sales and business development are encouraged to apply
