Description:

We are hiring an experienced Operations In Charge to join our growing team and oversee interior fit-out projects across active sites. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who can manage site operations efficiently while ensuring quality, timelines, and coordination across multiple stakeholders.

As an Operations In Charge, you will lead and supervise the daily activities on interior fit-out sites, ensuring smooth execution of work according to project plans. You will be responsible for coordinating closely with designers, project managers, site engineers, vendors, sub-contractors, and clients to keep operations aligned and productive.

A major part of this role involves monitoring project schedules, tracking site progress, managing labor deployment, and ensuring materials are available on time. You will regularly review site performance to ensure work is completed within deadlines and meets required standards.

You will also be expected to identify and resolve on-site issues quickly and efficiently, minimizing delays and maintaining workflow continuity. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make timely decisions on-site are essential for success in this position.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in operations or site management within the interior fit-out industry. You should be capable of multitasking, setting priorities, and managing time effectively in a fast-paced project environment.

Sound knowledge of interior fit-out materials, joinery works, and MEP coordination is required. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams will be highly valued.
