In this role, you will support the daily human resources and administrative functions of the company, ensuring smooth coordination between employees, management, and external authorities. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys handling people operations, documentation, and HR processes in a fast-paced environment.

You will be responsible for assisting with recruitment activities, including coordinating interviews and supporting hiring processes. Maintaining accurate employee records, updating HR databases and HRIS systems, and managing personnel documentation will be a key part of your day-to-day duties.

The role also involves assisting with PRO-related processes, responding to employee HR-related queries, and supporting management with HR coordination. You will help manage employee attendance, leave records, and prepare basic HR reports as required.

To be successful in this position, you should hold a bachelor’s degree, preferably in HR or Business Administration, and have at least one year of experience in an HR admin or coordination role. Familiarity with UAE Labour Law will be considered an added advantage.
