Now Hiring – Business Administrator

Wendy’s UAE is currently seeking a reliable and highly organized Business Administrator to support daily administrative and operational activities. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who can efficiently manage multiple tasks while supporting business functions across different locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle business correspondence and prepare official documents as required.
  • Manage incoming calls along with accurate data entry and file organization.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, training sessions, and internal business events.
  • Maintain accurate records, data logs, and a well-structured filing system.
  • Support the planning and execution of business-related activities such as team meetings and training programs.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and visa processing for employees.
  • Prepare employee change-of-status documentation and recruitment request forms.
  • Liaise with the personnel office regarding residence and employee-related matters.
  • Coordinate tasks, projects, and administrative support across multiple business locations.
  • Manage stationery requirements and office supplies for the division.
  • Handle timesheets and track related administrative records.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
  • Good understanding of the wider UAE environment.
  • 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or support role.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with internet tools.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently under tight deadlines.
  • Strong multitasking, time management, and interpersonal abilities.
