Description:
Dr. Helena Taylor Clinic is seeking a dedicated and professional Patient Administrator / Receptionist to join its Patient Services team. This role is crucial as it serves as the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring smooth operations and a high-quality experience for every patient and visitor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and a welcoming environment for patients
• Manage patient appointments and scheduling efficiently
• Answer patient inquiries, both in person and over the phone, with professionalism and empathy
• Ensure patient confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Perform administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining accurate records
• Support the smooth running of the clinic’s day-to-day activities

Candidate Profile:

• A bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role within a clinical or medical setting
• Excellent command of written and spoken English; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is a plus
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in HIS, Microsoft Word, Excel, and accurate typing
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when managing patient information
• Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and remain calm under pressure in a busy clinical environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to work within a multidisciplinary team
