Minimum Requirements (Likely)

Applicants should:

• Hold a relevant Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in the respective technical or professional field.

• Possess a valid Trainer/Instructor qualification (TVET/CDACC/TVETA) where applicable.

• Have relevant industrial or teaching experience in a TVET institution.

• Demonstrate strong instructional, assessment, and learner management skills.

• Be proficient in modern training methodologies and practical-based instruction.

• Exhibit high integrity, professionalism, and commitment to student development.

• Have good communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
