Minimum Requirements (Likely)

Applicants should:

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Public Policy, International Development, Social Sciences, or a related field.

  • A Master’s degree (MBA, MPA, MSc, or equivalent) will be an added advantage for senior roles.

  • Demonstrate relevant consulting, project management, research, or policy advisory experience, preferably within Africa-focused development work.

  • Possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills.

  • Show excellent report writing, presentation, and stakeholder engagement abilities.

  • Be capable of working in fast-paced, multicultural, and multidisciplinary teams.

  • Demonstrate commitment to global development, innovation, and impact-driven work.
