Job Description:

Royal Walk Human Resources Consultancies is seeking experienced staff to handle visa-related documentation, filing, and client appointment management for individuals applying to visit other countries. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of relevant experience and be detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:

* Prepare and organize visa application documents

* Maintain accurate filing systems and records

* Schedule and manage client appointments for visa submissions

* Verify completeness and accuracy of client documents

* Coordinate with clients and consulates to ensure smooth application process

* Provide general administrative support to the visa team

Requirements:

* Minimum one year of experience in visa processing, document handling, or related administrative work

* Excellent organizational and communication skills

* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

* Basic computer skills for record keeping and scheduling
