We’re hiring motivated sales professionals to join our expanding team in Dubai. As a Business Setup Advisor you’ll consult with prospective clients, guide them through the company formation process in the UAE, and close new business while building long-term relationships. This role rewards results with strong incentives and is open to candidates from any sales background who are persuasive, target-oriented, and confident.

Key responsibilities:

• Consult with leads to understand their business needs and convert enquiries into clients.
• Walk clients through the UAE business setup procedures, required documentation, and timelines.
• Maintain and grow a book of clients by delivering exceptional service and following up on opportunities.
• Hit sales targets and participate in incentive schemes tied to performance.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
