Job Description
- The Marketing Specialist will elevate Newark Frontiers’ brand through creative campaigns that resonate with micro and small enterprises. You’ll craft strategies to promote our Imarisha and Dumisha Loan products, driving engagement and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Create engaging content for social media, blogs, and newsletters.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in financial services.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO).
- Creative mindset with excellent storytelling skills.
