Minimum Requirements (Typical for Bancassurance Sales Officers)

Applicants should:

• Hold a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Insurance, Finance, or a related field.

• Have good knowledge of life insurance products and bancassurance sales.

• Possess at least 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in insurance, banking, or financial services.

• Demonstrate strong customer service, negotiation, and prospecting skills.

• Be able to meet sales targets and work under minimal supervision.

• Have strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building abilities.

• Be willing to work in the assigned location.
