Minimum Requirements (Likely)

Applicants should:

Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Business, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, or related fields depending on the position.
Have proven experience in management, agribusiness operations, sales leadership, financial oversight, or digital marketing.
Possess strong industry knowledge in crop nutrition, agricultural input markets, and farmer support systems.
Demonstrate excellent leadership, planning, and decision-making capabilities.
Be proficient in modern ICT tools, data-driven reporting, and digital platforms relevant to the role.
For Technical Sales Manager, agronomy or crop science expertise and experience with flowers, fruits, or export vegetables is required.
Show strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Exhibit high integrity, professionalism, and the ability to work in dynamic field environments.
