Minimum Requirements (Likely)

Applicants should:

Hold a Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business, Economics, or related fields.
Have experience in data analysis, credit risk modeling, business analysis, or product development.
Be highly proficient in analytical tools such as SQL, Python, R, Power BI, or Excel (for analyst roles).
Demonstrate strong understanding of credit assessment, customer risk profiling, or digital lending systems.
Possess excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and documentation skills.
For D365 Solutions Architect, strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, system integration, architecture design, and project leadership is required.
Show strong communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
Exhibit high levels of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.
