Description:
We’re Hiring: We are seeking a proactive Filipino Sales Coordinator with a background in IT or system integration to join a growing Dubai-based team. This role supports the sales function by preparing commercial documents, managing client communications, and liaising with technical teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare quotations, proposals and invoices in coordination with the sales team.
• Handle client enquiries and follow up on leads to ensure strong customer engagement.
• Maintain sales records, reports and customer databases for accurate tracking and reporting.
• Support the sales team during meetings and presentations by preparing materials and follow-up actions.
• Coordinate with technical and operations teams to capture project requirements and handover details.
• Track orders, delivery schedules and payment follow-ups to maintain project timelines and cashflow.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years UAE experience in IT, system integration, or a related technology sector.
• Strong communication and coordination skills; able to liaise with clients and internal teams.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Organised, detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
