ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the hotel’s first point of contact for guests — responsible for delivering a friendly welcome and ensuring smooth check-in and check-out experiences. You will respond to guest enquiries, manage reservations, coordinate room assignments, and share accurate information about hotel services and local attractions. This role calls for confident communication, a guest-first attitude, and the ability to provide consistent, high-quality hospitality.

QUALIFICATION / SKILLS:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Front Office or customer service roles; hotel experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Front Office systems (PMS), check-in/check-out procedures, and basic cashiering.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for guest service.
• Ability to handle guest requests and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
• Positive attitude, professional grooming standards, and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
