Description:
Talent Folder, a global HR outsourcing and talent acquisition firm, is expanding its Dubai operations and seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to lead client onboarding and recruitment operations. This role is ideal for a proactive HR professional who enjoys building strong client relationships and managing end-to-end recruiting processes.
Key responsibilities:
• Lead the client onboarding process—coordinate requirements gathering, service setup, and smooth transition to delivery teams.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned clients, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer management.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients on HR delivery, ensuring expectations are met and queries are resolved promptly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline operations, improve candidate experience, and maintain recruitment SLAs.
• Support client-specific HR projects and provide insights on market talent trends and compensation where needed.
• Maintain accurate candidate and client records, and produce regular reports on hiring progress and KPIs.
Ideal candidate profile:
• Background in HR, recruitment, or client-facing HR operations.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with an ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and HR tools is an advantage.
