Minimum Requirements (Likely)

Applicants should:

  • Hold relevant academic qualifications depending on the position:

    • Laboratory Technician: Diploma in Medical Laboratory Sciences with valid registration from a recognized medical board.

    • Business Development Executive: Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or related field.

    • Customer Service Assistant: Diploma/Degree in Customer Service, Business, Communication, or related field.

    • Housekeeper: KCSE certificate with training or experience in housekeeping or hospitality services.

  • Possess relevant working experience in a healthcare or customer service environment (added advantage).

  • Demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

  • Have strong customer care and service delivery orientation.

  • Be honest, reliable, and able to work under minimal supervision.

  • Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and teamwork.
