Job Description

Requirements:

  • Administrative experience
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Experience in Claims is valued but not required.

Responsibilities:

  • Report only medical workers' compensation claims and reports to the insurance company by identifying the Division Partner (DP) and their corresponding procedures.
  • Complete defense call tasks after the claim has been reported to the insurance company.
  • Complete weekly cleanup projects to ensure files are updated as needed.
  • Assist with assigned overflow intake and claim data projects.
  • Assist Claims Specialists in translating correspondence.
