Minimum Requirements (Likely)

Applicants should:

  • Hold a Master’s Degree or higher in the relevant teaching subject from a recognized institution.

  • Possess at least two (2) years of university-level teaching experience or relevant industry experience.

  • Have demonstrated ability in curriculum delivery, student assessment, and academic supervision.

  • Be registered with relevant professional bodies where applicable.

  • Demonstrate strong communication, research, and academic writing skills.

  • Be available for flexible teaching schedules across Thika and Kajiado campuses where required.

  • Show high standards of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to academic excellence.
