We’re Hiring – Finance Manager (Onsite Role in Dubai)

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to take charge of our financial operations and provide strong leadership across budgeting, reporting, and strategic financial planning. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in finance, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee end-to-end budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Monitor financial performance and prepare detailed financial reports
• Manage cash flow, expenses, and financial control systems
• Conduct financial analysis to support long-term business decisions
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, audits, and internal policies
• Lead daily finance operations and collaborate with internal stakeholders
• Deliver insights and recommendations to support senior leadership

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Strong track record in financial management or senior finance roles
• Deep knowledge of accounting principles and reporting standards
• Skilled in MS Excel, financial modeling, and ERP tools
• Excellent leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication skills and experience managing stakeholders
• Ability to thrive in an onsite, fast-paced Dubai-based work environment
