Description:
We are looking for friendly, professional waitstaff to join the Food & Beverage team at Ramada Downtown Hotel. The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced hospitality environment and take pride in delivering warm, attentive service that creates memorable dining experiences for guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests, present menus, and explain daily specials and promotions
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to kitchen/bar teams promptly
• Serve food and drinks with attention to timing, presentation, and guest preferences
• Check in with guests during service to ensure satisfaction and handle requests professionally
• Maintain clean, well-organized service areas and adhere to hygiene and safety standards
• Assist with setting up and closing service stations, including bussing and resetting tables
• Process guest bills and accept payments when required, following hotel cash-handling procedures
• Work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Candidate Profile:

• Courteous, presentable, and guest-focused attitude
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior experience in restaurant or hotel service is an advantage but not mandatory
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a calm, helpful manner
• Team player with willingness to learn and take direction
