Description:
We are urgently hiring an experienced IT Support professional to join ATLAS GROUP, a well-established organization with over 40 years of expertise delivering telecom, security, crisis management, optronics, and contracting solutions worldwide. This role is ideal for a technically capable, customer-focused individual who can diagnose and resolve IT issues promptly while maintaining high service standards.

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, network connectivity, and endpoint problems via phone, email, remote sessions, or onsite visits.
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, standard business applications, and company-approved software in line with IT policies.
• Manage user accounts, groups, and access rights across Active Directory and Microsoft 365 platforms.
• Monitor system health, apply patches and updates, and perform routine maintenance to ensure performance and security.
• Escalate complex incidents to senior engineers or relevant teams and follow through until resolution.
• Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, configurations, and standard operating procedures.

Candidate Profile:

• 4–5 years’ proven experience in a hands-on IT support role.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and basic network issues.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and common enterprise tools.
• Good communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and respond to urgent issues professionally.
