Description:
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Construction Manager to lead and deliver high-quality projects across Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate is a results-driven site leader with deep experience in precast construction and a track record of completing major projects on time and within budget.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of progressive experience in construction management.
• Completed at least 2 projects in Abu Dhabi (mandatory).
• Strong, hands-on experience in precast construction techniques and installation (mandatory).
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors on large-scale sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day site operations and supervise subcontractor performance.
• Plan, sequence, and oversee precast installation activities, ensuring correct tolerances and jointing.
• Monitor project schedules and budgets; implement corrective actions to meet targets.
• Enforce quality control measures and ensure full compliance with Abu Dhabi regulations and HSE standards.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal project teams to resolve technical and logistical issues.
• Produce progress reports, manage site meetings, and maintain clear project documentation.
