We are excited to announce an opening for a Guest Service Agent, a key role within our hospitality team in Dubai. We are seeking someone who is passionate about customer care, enjoys interacting with guests, and is dedicated to delivering warm, attentive service throughout the guest journey.

This position is best suited for individuals who bring a positive attitude, strong communication abilities, and a genuine desire to enhance the guest experience. You’ll be working in a fast-paced environment where multitasking and problem-solving skills are essential, as you’ll assist with check-ins, guest inquiries, and front-of-house support.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a guest service or front-office role is preferred
• Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Customer-first approach and ability to work under pressure
• Capacity to multitask efficiently in a busy hospitality setting
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
