We’re Hiring! Front Office Agent– Residences

Join our friendly residences team as a Front Office Agent and help create a warm, welcoming environment for residents. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, enjoys solving guest queries, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service that feels like home.

What you’ll do:
• Greet and assist residents with a professional, friendly manner.
• Provide timely support for resident requests and enquiries, by phone and in person.
• Ensure every resident feels welcome by delivering personalised, high-quality service.
• Contribute fresh ideas and a positive, can-do attitude to improve resident experience.
• Maintain high standards of presentation, communication and operational accuracy.

What we’re looking for:
• Previous experience in a front office or similar guest-facing role within residences or hotels.
• Strong teamwork skills and clear, confident communication.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and resident care.
• Female candidates preferred.
