We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Account Executive to join our Public Relations team. The ideal candidate will support the development and execution of PR campaigns, media relations, and client communications while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced agency environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing PR campaigns for clients.
• Draft press releases, media pitches, newsletters, and other communication materials.
• Build and maintain relationships with media contacts and influencers.
• Monitor media coverage and prepare regular reports on PR activities.
• Support account managers in client communications and project coordination.
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and client markets.
• Assist in organizing events, press conferences, and promotional activities.
• Perform administrative tasks to ensure smooth workflow within the team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in public relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in PR, communications, or media. Internships and relevant projects are highly valued.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Basic understanding of media relations, social media, and PR tools.
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a team player mindset.

Preferred:

• Familiarity with press release distribution platforms and media monitoring tools.
• Interest in social media strategy and content creation.
