Applicants should:

• Hold a relevant diploma or degree depending on the role:

  • Sales / Business / Marketing for Cosmetics Account Executive and Marketing Manager (Cosmetics).

  • Marketing / Communication / Digital Media / PR for Social Media Manager/Expert.

  • Business Administration / Supply Chain / Stores Management or related field for Store Clerk.

• Have relevant work experience in:

  • Cosmetics or FMCG sales, account management, or field sales for the Cosmetics Account Executive.

  • Brand management, trade marketing, campaign management, and product positioning for the Marketing Manager (Cosmetics).

  • Managing social media platforms, content creation, community management, and analytics for the Social Media Manager/Expert.

  • Stock management, inventory control, record-keeping, and store operations for the Store Clerk.

• Demonstrate strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

• Be target-driven, organized, and able to work under minimal supervision.

• Be proficient in computer applications and relevant digital tools (e.g. MS Office; social media tools and basic design tools are an added advantage for the Social Media role).

• Show high levels of integrity, professionalism, and teamwork.
