Minimum Requirements (Likely)

For Senior Lecturers & Lecturers

• A PhD in the relevant field from a recognized institution.

• Evidence of teaching experience at university level.

• Proven research, publications, and academic contributions.

• Demonstrated ability to supervise students and contribute to curriculum development.

Deputy Dean of Students

• Master’s degree in Guidance & Counselling, Education, Social Sciences, or related field.

• Experience in student affairs, leadership, and welfare services.

Senior Medical Officer

• Bachelor of Medicine & Surgery (MBChB).

• Registered with relevant medical bodies; must hold a valid practicing license.

• Experience in clinical practice and medical administration.

Accountant I

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.

• CPA (K) or equivalent professional qualification.

• Experience in financial reporting and accounting systems.

Security Officer

• Diploma in security studies or relevant field.

• Experience in security operations, investigations, or surveillance.

Assistant Games Tutor II / Sports Officer II

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or related field.

• Experience in coaching, sports administration, or training programs.

Webmaster I

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

• Experience managing websites, web content, and digital platforms.

Senior Driver I

• KCSE Certificate.

• Valid BCE driving license.

• Defensive driving certificate an added advantage.
