We are seeking a proactive HR Recruiter to join our team immediately in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with candidates and internal teams. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements and timelines.
• Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
• Communicate effectively with candidates and internal teams, ensuring a smooth recruitment experience.
• Assist in HR-related administrative tasks as required to support the HR department.

Requirements:

• Experience: 1–2 years in HR recruitment within the UAE.
• Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
