Overview: We are looking for a proactive Junior IT Assistant to join our IT team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with desktop hardware, common software troubleshooting, and basic networking tasks. This role suits someone ready to start immediately and who can support day-to-day IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide hardware support including setup, troubleshooting, and basic repairs for desktops and laptops.
• Handle software issues such as OS problems, application installation, and user account support.
• Support basic networking tasks — assist with connectivity issues, cable checks, and liaise with network engineers when required.
• Assist with IT logistics including inventory, equipment handovers, and coordination for service requests.
• Work as part of the IT team to complete assigned tickets and escalations promptly, maintaining clear communication with end users.

Requirements:

• Experience: 2–3 years working in hardware, software, and networking support.
• Licensing: Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Availability: Immediate joiner preferred.
• Visa status: Candidates on visit visas or with cancelled visas are preferred.
• Skills & Attitude: Strong troubleshooting ability, good communication, and readiness to work in a fast-paced environment.
