Overview: A growing U.S.-based security services company is seeking a highly skilled Senior SEO & PPC Specialist to join its Dubai office. This full-time role follows a night-shift schedule aligned with Los Angeles working hours, requiring a candidate who is both strategic and hands-on in driving digital growth across U.S. markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute end-to-end SEO strategies covering technical SEO, on-page improvements, off-page link-building, and structured keyword optimization.
• Manage Google Ads campaigns including budgeting, bid optimization, audience segmentation, and enhancing conversions to support business objectives.
• Utilize major SEM tools such as Semrush, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and optionally Ahrefs for performance insights.
• Optimize WordPress websites, ensuring site performance, SEO plugin configuration, and structural improvements.
• Conduct detailed competitor research and develop keyword priorities tailored for the U.S. market.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyze data trends, and produce ROI-driven reports for management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including content creators, designers, and proposal teams to enhance the overall lead generation funnel.

Qualifications:

• Professional Experience: Minimum 5 years in SEO & PPC, ideally with exposure to the U.S. or Western markets.
• Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in Semrush, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Tag Manager, and WordPress SEO plugins.
• Market Understanding: Familiarity with U.S. search behavior and security-industry audiences is an added advantage.
• Soft Skills: Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and communicate insights clearly.
• Other Requirements: Candidates must already be in Dubai, willing to work night shifts aligned with Los Angeles hours, and immediate joiners are preferred.
