Minimum Requirements (Likely)

Applicants should:

• Hold relevant qualifications for the specific role:

  • Barista – Certificate in hospitality/food & beverage or related field, with practical experience preparing coffee and other beverages in a busy setting.

  • Critical Care Nurse / General Nurse – Diploma or Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution, with valid registration and licensing from the Nursing Council of Kenya; ICU/Critical Care training and experience is required for Critical Care Nurse.

  • Registration & Billing Clerk – Diploma in Business, Accounting, Health Records, or related field, with experience in patient registration, billing, and use of hospital information systems.

  • Healthcare Assistant – Certificate in Nursing, Community Health, or related health support field, with experience assisting nurses and clinicians in patient care.

• Have prior experience in a hospital or healthcare setting (an added advantage, and essential for nursing roles).

• Demonstrate compassion, professionalism, and strong ethical standards in dealing with patients and families.

• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work in a multicultural, faith-based environment.

• Be computer literate and comfortable working with electronic records and basic office applications.

• Be willing to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required by hospital operations.
