We are currently hiring a professionally qualified Senior Operations Manager for our organziation in Dubai. The candidate should possess the skills and knowledge for handling the below job profile with relevant years of experience in the same .

Job Profile:

-Handle and supervise a team of professionals who are entrusted to complete trade documentation for coal, Rock Phosphate, Chrome Ore, Manganese Ore, Iron  ore and other mineral products.

-Oversee end-to-end trade flow, from deal capture to settlement, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

-Work in close co-ordination with department heads for smooth execution of trade.

-Create, review, and negotiate the trade contracts.

-Ensure contracts comply with company policies, regulations, product standards and statutory laws throughout their lifecycle.

-Manage and co-ordinate on logistics factors for efficient shipment transaction.

-Co-ordinate with banks to ensure smooth and swift payment procedures and completion.

-Handle Letter of Credit under latest UCP guidelines and all allied procedures for efficient payment processing.

-Manage the trade related team and assign work as required.
