𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
• BIM Execution & Standards: Maintain and enforce project-specific BIM standards and workflows across internal teams such as Architecture, MEP, and Structural.
• Model Coordination / Digital Construction: Oversee cross-disciplinary model integration from consultants, contractors, and in-house teams using tools like Revit and Navisworks, ensuring precise coordination and clash-free outputs.
• Clash Detection: Lead the clash detection process by identifying, analyzing, and resolving model conflicts early to reduce construction delays.
• Collaboration & Communication: Serve as the primary BIM liaison, facilitating efficient communication among project managers, designers, contractors, and external consultants.
• Data Management: Manage BIM data flows, ensure proper synchronization between platforms like BIM 360, AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks, and uphold data accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.
• Quality Control: Conduct periodic model audits to verify alignment with design intent, project specifications, and industry standards.
• Training & Support: Deliver technical guidance and training to internal teams, promoting best practices in BIM processes and software.
• Documentation & Reporting: Generate BIM-related documentation including clash reports, progress trackers, and updated model versions for review by clients and project stakeholders.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐒𝐨𝐟𝐭𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐞 & 𝐓𝐨𝐨𝐥𝐬:
• Revit
• AutoCAD
• Navisworks
• BIM 360
• SketchUp, Dynamo, or equivalent tools (advantageous)
• Revizto
• Rhino

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
✅ Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or a related discipline (Master’s is an added advantage)
✅ 5–7+ years of hands-on experience in BIM modeling and coordination, preferably within interior fit-out projects
✅ Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and BIM 360
✅ Deep understanding of construction details, materials, and technical specifications
✅ Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across multi-disciplinary teams
